April...what, its been quite hectic!

I know I am SO FAR BEHIND, but my motto is better late than never. Moving is rough and this one in particular with Mike being away from us for 6 weeks, the kids in a new home, new friends, new beds, new ward, new schools. Not to mention a prego tired Mom. We survived it, although I would NEVER do it again. Here is what happened in April!

SAYING GOODBYE...
Our social, friendly ans sweet Vienna had to say goodbye to her all-day kindergarten friends at Ruth Livingston and start making new friends in her half-day kindergarten at Farwell Elementary. She was well liked by all students and her teacher, Miss Meaghan Brantley who we love and adore!
Group Hugs are fun!
Vienna and her good friend Abby

Her last day of school outfit!

Peg and Alan had us over for a BBQ with the gang and it was a perfect way to say goodbye. It was Vedder's idea to get a picture with everyone. So glad he suggested it! I love this pic!
Lincoln got to celebrate his birthday a little early with his preschool class at JAK's garden with Mrs. Tonya. He felt pretty special to turn 4!
brothers hanging out while Mommy packs...

we're kinda jumping all over the place, but this is at the Northpointe Mall in Spokane, we had to get something and Lincoln was a preschool. They had fun on a little choo-choo ride around the mall.

Everett in his Big boy bed for the first time! Yeah! He has done a great job adapting to his new room, bed home and well all of it.
working on our front entry area to our home in Spokane, this place has been so overgrown and we have lots to do, but I have some good (sometimes) helpers!
Here they are, believe it or not, Everett is my best helper of all!

Back to moving day, which was officially on the 17th of April! Much shorter than all our other moves, but still difficult and exhausting.
Vienna rode with Daddy in the big moving truck, while I rode with the boys in the van, Alan drove Jalopi and my Dad drove his car with a trailer full of stuff. Wowsers! It was a caravan.
This is a pic of Vienna on her official B-day when she turned 6! I sure love this little lady of ours.
I can't seem to get it to load the right way, but this was Vienna's second Student of the Month at her time at Ruth Livingston. they were both for different but very true things about miss Vienna. She is a special girl with a special spirit.
While Mom went up to Spokane to paint with Mema and Papa (who are amazing!!!) Vienna stayed with G-ma and G-pa for a few days and got to meet a storm trooper with Vedder. Looks like they had fun!
We did this interview on their actual B-days and I'm planning to do them every year. It will be a blast to look back at them each year.

Jumping back to Pasco (I sure love and miss that home terribly)
The weekend before we moved we decided to do a campout in Jalopi but b/c the campgrounds were still closed we did it in our back yard and boy did we have fun!
roasting marshmallows, telling stories
staying up until dark, using glow sticks...

Everett slept in the back of Jalopi
Lincoln on the table bed
and Vienna on the couch bed. When Everett is in a big boy bed, we will try to have the hammock ready.
It was a chilly night and Everett wouldn't sleep so we put him in his crib. The sleeping bags were slippery for them and they couldn't stay covered very well but we all managed and my black out curtains are amazing!!!

We also celebrated Lincoln's B-day with family just a few days before leaving, we did it...we went to Chuck E Cheese. Man how I hate this place. But the kids had fun with their cousins.
Me and my big 4 year old boy. My oh my, he is so handsome!
Lincoln...what are you doing? Everett wouldn't stand by the mouse so I had to join the pic.
Lincoln loved opening his presents and playing the games. It was fun to celebrate him!
Of course we had to have a paw patrol ice cream cake! It turned out perfect!

Jumping back to the very beginning of April...
I love this pic of my two oldest watching general conference with their stuffies and dinosaurs. How sweet!

My good friend Brittany from Jr. High back in Calgary came to TRI-C for the day and invited us to meet up with them to visit the temple and play at the playground of dreams. It was a fun time and nice to say goodbye.
We are both expecting and due a few weeks apart from each other!
The kids with Moroni in the background
This is our temple. Mike and I were sealed here almost a decade ago. It was so neat to reserve the entire session for only family and friends of ours and to do a whole session before our sealing. It was a special day for a special couple. We have been through so much together and I love knowing that we are sealed together FOREVER! There is no place I'd rather be.
All the kids that came, admiring the temple.
Enjoying the tire swing for a minute...until afterward Vienna threw up...got to love my little motion/car sick lady. poor thing.

All in all, April was wild, but May has been as well. June has been a bit quieter in some ways and even more wild in others...until next post.
