Most of OCTOBER (not including Halloween stuff)...I'll catch up someday

I realize I'm only 6 months behind, but someday I will be all caught up and able to stay on top of things and my children will appreciate my contribution to our family history. Despite having 4 small children, a new business and living in a new place, we are keeping it together and chugging away. Yes my house is a disaster and I can't keep on top of it no matter what, and I've had to let that go. Yes my kids have gotten sick this winter, yes there is 100 times more laundry than there use to be, yes I still have to unpack boxes, and yes my couches are falling apart, but I can also say, yes my kids have very few health problems, yes there is lots of love, yes I am learning patience, yes we have dance parties, play uno/go fish and candy land, yes we have family home evening and strive to have scripture study and prayer daily, yes we can see moments of testimony, yes we go on walks and many other wonderful things that make our lives full. We are blessed.
Man do we have lots of boys!
We had a groupon about to expire so why not use it after our family photo shoot! It was a blast!
We sure are Disney fans and so we had to go watch the show. It was awesome and the kids did great!
Despite having a 2 week old and it being a bit brisk we were able to capture our family for which I am very grateful for!

So blessed to have my Mom and Dad come to help out, wish Oaks would have arrived sooner so they could have helped us more. So grateful for their continual support.

cute Papa and Oaks moment!
Trying to do my own Newborns sucked! I sure missed my sister, but we tried!

We even tried JC Penney's and it was a nightmare! He is still adorable no matter what!

E-man loves to hold his little brother
Wow what adorable boys!
I don't think anyone loves to hold and give Oaks attention as much a Lincoln though, He is so good with him and just adores him. I love watching them interact.
Here is our gang! We sure adore them and look forward to watching them grow and develop their gifts and talents. We learn so much from them.

OAKS FIRST BATH:
It was like he was famous and I had many interested fans/helpers!

post bath cozy-ness with the heater blowing right on him

We went to Tri-Cities and got to see our good friends.

Bree and I got to have a date! Loved it!
Oaks got to meet and be loved on by his cousins, which was a blast. Vedder didn't want to let him go and was very comfortable with him. Remy and Willa, not as much.

Vienna got to see the most amazing teacher in the whole wide world! We sure miss her and treasure the time she had with her! If only I could have her for all my kiddos!

baby acne is the best...not. It wasn't too bad, but still there. He would fall asleep in front of the heater in seconds. It looked like he was dead sometimes. Too funny!
starting to lose his baby dark hair and then it usually comes back in light.

Our sweet kiddos all being calm at the same time..what?? Holding the baby is the only thing that keeps Lincoln still. It's my secret trick to get him to be still. :)
Big blue eyes...I hope they stick around!
Big sister snuggles. Awe!
cute little church boy!
still a scrawny little new born. too cute!
Snuggling with Daddy (I like snuggling with him too, look at that handsome man!)
Meeting Grandma for the first time and its her last Grandbaby. sniff, sniff.

So at the hospital Lincoln was very inquisitive and asked lots of questions about Oaks and looked at him. He was very curious about his umbilical cord and somewhat concerned, well about a week later he noticed it and said...
It was so adorable and made us all laugh quite hard.

Sexy man got himself some new (second hand) shades

and how darling...this was her first grade photo. ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY SWEET PRINCESS! Im so grateful to have her!
